📝 Dream Journal Prompt

🌌 Optional Follow-Up (Morning After)

When you wake, immediately write down anything you remember—no matter how small. Symbols, places, colors, emotions. Over time, patterns will emerge.

Ask yourself:
⚙️ What might this dream be showing me?
⚙️ Is there a theme or message that repeats?
⚙️ How did I feel in the dream? How do I feel now?

Before bed, write this in your journal (or speak it aloud):

“Tonight, I am open to guidance. I invite clarity, protection, and healing through my dreams. I ask my higher self and spirit allies to gently show me what I need to remember.
When I wake, I will recall and receive the message.

I ask my higher self and spirit allies to gently show me what I need to remember. When I wake, I will recall and receive the message.”

-Place Mugwort under your pillow or near your bedside. Keep your journal nearby to write your dreams upon waking.

🌙 Ritual Steps:

  1. Create Sacred Space
Dim the lights. Light your candle. If you feel called, burn a small amount of Mugwort to cleanse the room and center yourself.

    Say aloud or silently:
“I invite clarity, protection, and sacred vision. May what is hidden be gently revealed.”

  1. Sip Mugwort Tea (or Hold the Herb)
If safe for you (and you’ve done your research), sip a small cup of Mugwort tea to tune into its energy. If not, simply hold a bundle or pouch of Mugwort near your heart. Visualize a soft silver light washing over your third eye (between your brows), opening your intuitive center.

  1. Gaze into the Flame or Bowl of Water. Spend a few minutes softly gazing into the candle or the bowl of water. Don’t force visions—just let yourself drift. Breathe slowly. Be open.

    Ask silently:

“What message do I need right now?”
“What truth is ready to surface?”

  1. Journal Your Impressions
Even if it feels subtle or unclear, write what comes up: images, emotions, sudden memories, or phrases. Let your intuition speak without judgment.

Make sure you choose the safest environment when dealing with fire/candles.

Like most things, this can take practice. Some people can notice a change immediately, it all depends.
